According to your members list you have 4 pages of members and each page has 26-27 members so concluding that you have 107 members that is pretty decent...However, NOT for a social network. These members are nerds at heart and are from the internet. What this means is that they most likely are from different social crowds hailing from different parts of the country and don't have much incentive to stick around and be active and/or bring along more friends.
So the database is not much considering that even if someone were to buy the database for a few bucks to get the emails out of it they would be spending too much considering I have email lists in the the thousands of active emails that I can sell for $10-15.
Now unfortunately the style is pretty 'out' there in the sense that it looks like different graphic artists designed different parts of the forum. Some parts look better than the rest and the buttons don't even match. I honestly wouldn't pay any money for the style.
Now, your forums look mostly unused, but if that forum script happens to be something that can be resold I would go do that. The video section seems to be made up of videos that could be considered to fall under copyright infringement thus bringing your overall price of a few bucks (right now) to the negatives.
Now, with all that said I finally get to the domain name choice. It is a nice one for advertising purposes and could turn into something good in the future. Now while I use a .net for a forum (which I think is fine), using a .net for a social network might not go as well. Your best bet though is to try and sell it for more than you paid. I think the domain name could sell rather nice or could even be parked for some $$ income.
Honestly though it is not worth that much. Sorry mate.
