I have asked a few other admins around the world, and a common price for the content was $250. Adding on the domain to it, is another $20 at least, cause our Alexa rank isn't so good but google likes us, PR1. So we are up to about $280. And then you add in all of our custom mods, which some you can't find anywhere else on phpbb.

Ok fair enough, thanks for that. Does this mean that we're locked by domain or web hosting?
And are you allowed to resell the modifications?

Nope, your not locked in. My tech admin owns TIERRA. It's basically copyright.
And no, selling the modifications will not be permitted due to copyright laws.

The mods must stay with the forum. You can sell them with it.
