The gap in between the navbar and ''welcome to the community'' is far too big, that's the first thing I noticed. Other then that your site doesn't look too bad at all, good luck 🙂

Good luck with your site, its going to take a lot of hard work and dedication to become a big social network site. Were you hoping to get as big as the leading ones then?

Yeah the plan is to make it as a big as the leading ones we are going to get a new skin coded soon by one of our php guys so the blank space will not be there. I have alot of friends who i am convincing to join and they are going to help me spread the word.
