I can also be staff as well. Moderator or Admin. I have plenty of experience with being staff and I can also give you good tips on how to run your forum and make it grow. I use to own a forum back in the day where I got it to have over 300 members with 60,000+ posts.
I charge $50.00 a month to be on staff for your forum and right now two forums are using my service for me to be on staff.
