Hmm, it looks like you had the phpBB source code open in the wdinow beside you while you were coding this, honestly. You need to think a bit outside of the box I say. It's a bit too similar to existing softwares to my liking. Still, good luck.

Perhaps you're correct, but on close comparison, your forum shares many characteristics with Imperial BB. The forum index and viewtopic are the same, the ACP is the same, the login box is the same, and the forum statistics is just rearranged. You even both have a search unanswered button. I do think you need to go a different path from softwares like this. 😉

Some characteristics are similar.
I have said over and over again that we have used codes from other softwares and edited them.
Some are 100% custom, others are edited, but none of them are exact.

If you want to go anywhere, being under a pokeboards.com domain is not going to be the way forward.

phpBB is released under the GPL so you can take a complete copy of phpBB, rename it and release it as your own - as long as it is under the GPL

The GPL also doesn't stop you from charging money, I am well within my rights to download a copy of phpBB, change the name and charge £10 for it.

Good luck with it. At the moment, it seems to be similar to some other forum providers, but I'm guessing it's still in it's developing stages at the moment.
