VB has the body and sometimes HTML ID as something to do with VB. And most other softwares do something similar. This has nothing of the sort. Nor does it have any of the VB assets.

True, however it's incorrect in this instance. If there wasn't any proof that it wasn't VB your argument would be more valid 😛
 
Oh, I was hoping it was wordpress and that I could find a similar free WP Theme
 
It doesn't look like any publicly available software I've ever seen, I'd say that it's probably custom coded.
 
Oh ok. I'm revamping my Gardening blog and was hoping to find a similar wordpress theme for free.
