I have one who is a co-owner/co-administrator. who does more behind the scenes work more than anything. I feel better this way because then I don't have to make all the decisions on my own, nor do I have to worry about making decisions that I'll later regret or something like that.

I am the sole owner, and it has been that way since 2018 when the forum began. I've only had about three moderators total, and with 2,000+ members and nearly 18,000 posts, I am the sole staff member.

Yeah, I find with smaller communities less staff is better!

Plus, I'm a forum addict and if I'm at home I'm usually attached to my computer screen checking my forum consistently throughout the day. Being the only staff member in my forum's current state I can handle it.

Very true! No need to hire people if you can just do it yourself without being overwhelmed.
