Interesting work you have here. You have your effects down, but what I would suggest you work on it creating depth and colors. From looking at your sigs, especially the Guitar Hero one, I see that you mostly use shades of one or two particular colors, which gives them a monotone-ish look. In addition, I'd suggest you practice creating lightsources to make depth.
