Fcking hate IGN, but they got a new article out with some new pics: http://pc.ign.com/articles/116/1162158p1.html

All I can say is thank god orcs aren't that disgusting green from Oblivion anymore.

But damn are there some low quality textures in those pictures, particularly for apparel and flora. Here's hoping the PC version looks better.

How can you tell from those shots?

Also, they may not be 100% done, it's out November anyway.

I looked at them and saw shitty textures.

Also, the fact that it's due out in November tells me that this is what the game is going to look like when it comes out, or at least very, very close to it. The PC version will have higher resolution textures, though, so, like I said, hopefully it'll look at least somewhat noticeably better than the console versions.

Consoles (specifically 360) are extremely dated; how do you expect good graphics on them? That's why games like Crisis 2 look worse than their predeccesors. Just buy on PC and wait for the high res texture mods to come out.

Yeah, thank god for the Elder Scroll modding community. It's a shame that Bethesda is downgrading their standards for the consoles, though.

Honestly if you are this upset about graphics then you just shouldn't play games, because your standards are higher than any developer wants to go to. Just play the game and enjoy yourself.

Based off of the pictures it looks good but I am not much of an Elder Scrolls player so I won't be getting it.

wtf are you talking about? This upset about graphics?

I made one little comment about them, I never said they were game breaking, never said I was irreparably displeased with the company, and if you think asking for quality textures are higher standards "than any developer wants to go" then I am really at a loss of words.

Well that last part is true... devs that make great looking PC only titles usually end up whining and saying f you pc community (see crytek).
