What kind of changes are you looking to make? I honestly think it is very clean, appealing and professional. Below are a few minor suggestions...
1, Perhaps change the BG's of the "Community" "Promotion and Service Curve" area to the same color but maybe a nice gradient instead of using the same BG as your banner? Something like this (The grey one, course a darker grey to match the color scheme)
2, Add a little pop to your forum icon images (The icons next your your "News and Announcements" "Feedback and Suggestions"...etc) Maybe give them a little 3D pop. For example, maybe like this
3, New logo or logo upgrade? I actually enjoy logo contest on the Digital Point Forums. They have some amazingly talented logo designers that are willing to give you a great logo and for a very cheap price. I've had a few logos made from some artist from there.
4, New slogan? I enjoy this website to help generate a good a catchy slogan.
