Someone Help Login To New Godaddy Host FTP

ive had a godaddy account for over a year and knew how to use the cpanel and ftp just fine. i had to get a new hosting plan because they discontinued the other one, its the ultimate plan

i cant login

im using the ftp server for hostname and have my name and password in

is the ftp server the hostname

do i need cyberduck, it wont install on my computer

If you have a Mac, then Cyberduck should be the correct software. I have Windows, and have always used FileZilla. Yeah, GoDaddy's changed quite a bit, and even I have had trouble, even though I only have domains with them

i have a mac and can download cyberduck but i get an error when i unzip it

will mac only work with it. ive always used filezilla but it doesnt work rite, it doesnt upload everything

What's the error you get when you unzip Cyberduck? Which version did you download?

Godaddy hosting is awful.....what made you choose them over another host such as Hawkhost or others?

Hi tunescool I also have a mac and sometimes get a different error to yours I do like cyber duck, but have you tryed FileZilla?

i got rid of godaddy, ive never liked their phone support, servers arent great. i got a plan with bluehost hopefully itll be a better situation

My GoDaddy hosting is running out tommorow. I have just moved over to BlueHost as well. Best decision ever. Cheaper prices and much better hosting
