Is there anything a website owner do to avoid getting banned from Adsense, Adbrite, or other paid to click or impression based ad services when someone who clicks your ads many times like 100s-1000s of time to get you banned?
I heard click spamming is common on YouTube, and some Adsense sites.
Some people online say you should remove all your Ads from your website for a few days or weeks, so the click spammer will get bored and move on to click on Ads on another site which they dislike, and report all suspicious activity to Adsense, Adbrite, etc along with the click spammers I.P. if possible to prove it is not you.
Other people say you just need to hope your advertisers won't ban you after you remove your ads from your site, and told them about the click spammer, and there is not much you can do after you did all you can since it is up to the advertisers decision if they want to keep or ban you.
