Well, my friend was talking to me on Facebook last night. And she was telling me something she's going through right now. She's really lost and confused about this. Well, I put my iPod on shuffle and this was the first song that played.

Amazing song, by an amazing band. But anyways, it related to her situation perfectly. Do any of you ever find songs to relate to a current situation? Feel free to post a video about it.

Kirisute, can you give us some examples of what those songs relate too? Don't get to personal or anything, just give us an idea like if it's about a friend, family member, or something. Just posting songs kind of defeats the purpose of the thread.

Most of, just personally my life.
Thorns - though I haven't personally ever cut myself, I know people that have. Has a positive outlook on life, even when life isn't the best.
Iris - not a HUGE fan of GGD, but the lines "And I don't want the world to see me, Because I don't think that they'd understand" relates to how I believe that nobody (or very few people) can understand me.
Rise Inside - making a difference in life. About how I want to live my life.
Shinedown has a ton of songs that relate to friends (such as firefighters in "I Dare You") or people who have died ("Heroes").
