The name of the website is very easy to remember. I would remember Sonic Speed after seeing the name for the first time... it also has a great ring to it, Sonic Speed just sounds great 😀
The banner looks superb. The character called Sonic that appears on it looks great, and I also applaud how, directly under it, the site is described, entailing the site is about discussing Sonic.
The theme is pretty good looking. Fits well.
The background behind the theme adds a great feel and I like it a lot 🙂
Forum Cons:
I think a blue skin would fit better, as your site is about Sonic, and he is a blue character.
There's way too many boards in the SonicSpeed Headquarters area. You don't need the ask the staff board, and you also don't need the Shops area, nor do you need the Clubs, Polls, or Site Advertisements.
These boards don't belong in your headquarters. All your headquarters should have is the 1) Announcements board 2) Suggestions board 3) Introductions board
Forum Games doesn't need its own board. You can make it a subforum of general chat.
You have way too many moderators. You need to cut them back. Get rid of the inactive ones. There's just too much staff.. 6 moderators, and it looks like 2 admins, so 8 staff in total on a 40~ member forum isn't fitting at all.
The domain name, while being great and easy to remember, doesn't have an easy domain code. .CO.NR is very hard to remember.. I suggest investing in a .COM .NET .US .CO.UK, etc. .CO.NR is a very uncommon domain.... .NR is the domain code for Nauru ( the Island nation )
Final/General Thoughts:
I think your site has some potential, but you've got to work on the layout a bit more and you've got to fix the staff issues.
On a more positive note, the name, as I said is very easy to remember, the banner looks phenomenal, and the theme is also great.
