The question was too vague. I was in the mood for some Mexican soup at the time.
 
Judging by the poll, I can see that people clearly want SOPA in action...

Anyway my vote on this is a BIG NO! If SOPA is put into action, you won't have places like YouTube, Twitter, Facebook, wikis, blogs and it could even stretch to personal websites. Without these websites, what is the internet? What will people do, if sites like this disappear?

Also, the fact that media companies have the audacity to want this in action is really contradicting.

Take my example - Music artists upload their official videos of songs to YouTube for anyone to watch. Now, it isn't hard for someone to develop a program that can download media from a specified URL. Microsoft do it, Apple do it, Google do it, the random Fred with a little programming experience can do it.

In all fairness, if artists don't want their songs and/or videos being stolen, then use your initiative, and don't upload them to YouTube!
