Sore Eyes

How many of you suffer from sore eyes when using the PC? I used to but now it's getting better. One day I had to lie in bed all day as I felt like I was almost blind.

It's true. You can confirm by yourself.

If you must use the computer or the TV on a dark room, reduce the brightness of the screen so it doesn't hurt so much. If you're watching movies, you'll find it will feel more like watching in the cinema's screen (assuming the screen is big enough or you're close enough to it)

I do normally even when I'm only on it for a few minutes. I'm supposed to be wearing glasses/contacts but refuse to (glasses look queer on my face and contacts make me tear up) so..yeah.

Never had a problem with computer screens hurting my eyes, may be because of my attention span and always looking away but I actually manually used to adjust my computer screens with the lighting in my room.

Now with my new led monitor the auto adjust is brilliant and I find myself not having to adjust the monitor.
