No, its not classified as ripping. Whoever made it for him, made is specifically for him, hence credit on the creation goes to the creator, but he is liable for the signature now.

It was a tie between Dr Christmas and NBK, but due to NBK dropping out DC has won the SOTW #2!

I want to thank everyone for the submissions and due to the holiday season, SOTW will pick up again next year. Make sure you cook something good up because the prize will be larger!
