In my opinion. The skin looks nasty and so does the banner. Your forum could have some potential if you change them.

I agree with the look of it needing a change, but I'm new to this lark. The forum is a template basically, and the header was done with Paint of all things.

I'd welcome anyone with a bit of Photoshop ability helping me jazz it up.
