It is about a helicopter pilot that got injured in Afghanistan, that helps a secret military branch find out who is about to bomb Chicago, by using an 8 minute memory engram of a person that just died in an bomb by the same bomber.
I've seen it and it was a great film to watch and yes, it does go by quick because it's so fast and action packed. Even though when you actually watch it there isn't much in the way of location, it's roughly the same places but it's still great and has some really good actors in it.
