Spammed by proxies

is there any way to ban proxy servers... It seems to me like they are
used primarily to spam forums..

You could get a long list of IPs and ban each of them...

Or you could ban their code name like bots, so if they use the same code name (which most proxies do) then they'll all be banned when they try to connect.

As I said in a previous post baning proxies is next to useless because new ones pop up every day, your banned IP list would become uncontrolable.

The easist way is just to ban POST requests from other sources or use reCapcha for signups and such

IP Blacklists are in the grey area of being legal. Ive been to some sites where they dont allow you to post such lists, and treat them like CP or something. Its often better to just steer clear of posting them directly. Thanks for the sites though, ill use them -😉-
