Nick, I recall a conversation we had some time ago about this 'software' of yours. 😉 as I recall, it's not custom at all. 😉

See here. Pretty sure you took a very old piece of software (won't say which one) and modified it to mimic the feel of that site, cuz it sure feels similar. 😉

Huh? that's just basic css and <dl> tags

the core is written in PHP 😛 and he/she from that site uses custom forum software also

To be honest, i'd rather use forums than social media why would I want to talk and engage with people on my facebook account? Twitter should only be used for celebrities... and myspace has went to trash.

I believe forums are the best, but they have to be made "right" and cannot be "Slow" or to "bulky feeling" where the user get's lost you know?

I Also believe users find it attractive to post on a forum where they can be Anonymous if they want, unlike facebook where everyone can view your profile real name/etdc.... just my 2cents
