Your Forum Review
First Impressions & Appearance - (Out of 20)
When first viewing your forum I personally didn't feel inspired to use your services, As your style isn't really attractive in my opinion. However the forums format defiantly have a nice layout to it. Really helpful and straight forward very nice on that part.
The logo isn't very appealing either should be a bit bigger for people to see to be honest just need a good looking banner.

Site Layout - (Out of 20)
Like stated above the your site layout is very easy and fun to navigate throughout easy for everyone to view and post in the correct section. I also like the names you made for the category's

I also like how you have a site announcement section within it self above the forum sections, This defiantly is professional. It shows users what to look for before even entering the forums basically.
However one problem which I didn't like is you added a smile to the forum section this doesn't look professional for a web hosting company at all. I also noticed that you have a lot of section's stickied in your announcements section this isn't needed and just overcrowds the forum really.

Statistics and Activity - (Out of 20)
It seems as you have a ton of posts. However not many people are on. Which isn't really big for a hosting company however as you only have forums I believe, This is bad because it shows new guests that no one is using your services. This may not be the case however that's how I would feel if I was new to viewing your website.
I also noticed that most posts are made by "staff" maybe by making it so less of the last posts are made by "staff". And rather by regular users, This will show guests and new users that your forums are somewhat active. But don't worry I'm sure when the time comes your forum will become active it's just about waiting.

Staff Moderation - (Out of 20)
Like I said above you kinda have a lot of staff as it looks just by glancing on the forums without looking at the team. I also noticed that it is kinda hard to know what people are when viewing the section "The Team" because everyone is basically a moderator now forums that support hosting.
Usually have sections for all of their team like.. Admin,Support,Tech ect.. You guys should look into doing this so people know exactly what everyone knows what they do.

Spelling/Grammar & Professionalism - (Out of 20)
I didn't really notice any too many errors in spelling and grammar, However when it comes to professional I don't think adding a smile to your forum section is very professional well at least I haven't seen another hosting company forum do this before.
I also noticed that in your announcements that you guys try and be as very professional as you can. Not only the announcements also in any post, This is good but it's okay to get sloppy some times so people can like you, I know a couple webmasters of some big corporation hosting companies that I met by playing xbox360 so reach out to your users try and interact with them as much as you can. This will truly make you stand out than other hosters
