Sperate Template files from prosilver

In themes which are prosilver based, there are template files those are missing in some themes while these themes are using prosilver's template files.
The Question is how to make these themes completely independent from prosilver?

Probably the best way would be to copy the missing files from the prosilver folders and install it as a stand-alone theme. Not sure how to go about removing the inheritance as I have never done that, but it should not be too hard.
