Pros
I like the name, it sounds very unique to your board. The theme isn't the best I've seen, but it's good for the genre of your forum. You have a good amount of Pokemon discussion sections which will keep the activity going great. I like the idea of the Banner Competition you have running at the moment. You could maybe ask for a banner to be designed for the full width of the header, instead of a fixed width as it can leave quite a lot of space otherwise.
Cons
You've been open nearly 3 years yet your forum only has 456 posts. This is really not good at all and I would've thought a board this old would have at least 2,000+ posts at the very least. The banner at the top is ok, but it should be centered at least. There is quite a bit of empty space to the right of the header, you could add something in there if you do not wish to center the header.
The forum icons have a white matte, meaning they don't show very well on dark backgrounds. You could look at getting some icons with a .png extension or look for some icons that are suited with a dark background.
For a board with only 27 members, you have quite a lot of forum sections. Possibly cut this down or put some of them as sub-forums.
