Pros
Your style is nicely done, but the background could use a little spiffying up, although it is perfectly fine as it is. If you would just add a little style to the background, besides just the guns, it would look a lot better, but as it is, it should be just fine. Nice job there. I'm enjoying the colors, they mix well with the dark background. Your descriptive forums are good, they give your users information about what they will find upon clicking the board, nice job there. I like your marquee at the top of the forum, it's a good welcome to the forum and welcome back for existing members, although it could be sped up (see below). Your forum layout (the way the boards are organized, where your marquee is, and more), style, and professionalism is nice. Good job!
Cons
The layout and text placement seems very pushed to the edge, it could go with some padding. This is easily done in CSS (More information below). It might also be good to remove the, "top posters this week" block, it moves your entire forum listing to the side, with nothing below it. I'd suggest removing it, but if you REALLY want to keep it, you could probably put it in the footer, or if you have some ads, make the ads smaller and place it next to them, but in the end, it's up to you. A logo fixing wouldn't hurt either, it'd be nice to have a smoother logo maybe with a few of your favorite guns? Better text? Some more styling? I think this would make your forum a lot cooler and more fun to visit. A few posts here on ForumPromotion and you can request one to be made, that can be a lot nicer than the one you have

The fact that your forum has been open for 2 weeks, and you have no more than 4 posts is not good at all, this needs to be fixed, before opening publicly, you should have made at least 3 topics in every section. This makes your forum look active, and can be a major help in persuading members to join.

The above code will make your marquee faster than it is. Of course this can only be done with direct access to the coding of the forum.
