Thank you very much, we are working hard over here to keep it that way! We did have someone abusing the network today pushing about 60Mbit/s of data constantly, we've ordered a few more tools to combat abuse!

We love migrating websites, buy a service from us and get free migration from your old host! You can even have zero downtime!
Zero downtime will not work fully for sites that are being updated, static sites just change nameservers and most people won't notice a difference.

We're currently working on our cPanel server, we have had some high load issues because of MySQL we are cracking down on it. We are working hard to resolve all of these issues.

You should have a email, we were just about to deploy a redundant hardware setup this week. However it seems like that will need to be done now. Something is broken somewhere and we are looking into it.
We have two more servers going in:
2x L5420
2x 500GB
16GB Ram
(cPanel Server)
2xL5520
4x1TB
72GB Ram
(OpenVZ / KVM Server)
Our current setup has 6x 1TB but it seems something is wrong disk wise and were working on it. We have more hardware and can get more if needed. Sorry about all of the issues, this is a terrible way to end this year.

We're almost done setting up the new shared server, our old server is back online, we've created a template from it.
Our nameservers will remain the same but the IPs attached to them are changing, it may take some time after we are online for your DNS to recognize that. More information will be pushed out shortly.

We should be back online shortly, transferring data then some setting changes.
Services should be coming back online as long as your DNS updates, we've pushed a email with the new nameserver IPs. If you just used our nsX.errantweb.com nameservers no changes should be needed.
This server has double the CPU power, also we've given it 3x the memory. Hopefully this will solve any issues that we've been having. Same great errantweb network that we are always using.

No problem, sites seem to be loading really really fast, again this whole incident has made me take off from work and drive back and forth from the datacenter a lot today, in the end it will be worth it! Everything should be more stable, and everything should work much better 🙂
