SSL Question

I Recently bought a dedicated server. And a RapidSSL certificate to secure the Host URL.
I installed the certificate using WHM to my host name (i.e: yuva.mx4m.com) and the dedicated IP that is added to its A record.

Question #1
Will it secure my cPanel and WHM as well? As the link: https://yuva.mx4m.com:2087/ giving certificate error to me at the moment. However I can see it has been installed properly. http://www.sslshopper.com/ssl-checker.h ... a.mx4m.com.

If its not the proper way to make it work, then can someone please guide me through the process of installing it?

Should I wait for the propagation to be completed fully?

Question 1 - It should if I know anything 😛

Questions 2 - Yes it is installed

Question 3 - Yes. It doesn't show on your mainsite for me but it says SSL is there.
