I don't celebrate St Patrick's day, but I do celebrate my oldest sisters birthday on that day 🙂

My husband is Irish on his dad's side...so yeah, it's a big deal for us. He doesn't wear green, but he'll gladly drink green beer. I wear green and make the corned beef and cabbage.

I have a mixture of Irish and Scottish lineage that my father told me about. My mother and her side of the family couldn't tell me where we're from. I actually tried looking it up on that big website that helps people find their roots and it couldn't tell me diddly squat on my racial origins.

I have celebrated the holiday since middle school. I used to wear green to avoid getting pinched really bad.
