Do you ever use the job centre forum here whenever you are hiring a moderator? Do you use peoples resume to hire them?
I personally would never hire a random moderator tbh. I'd need to trust them and be with them for about a month or longer to even promote them.
I feel people give mod powers and admin powers to the wrong people and come back here whining because "it is FP's fault that they hired memberA from here. " :lol:
I've used to do it and they ended up not being active and so faced inactivity demotion.
