After careful consideration, Nerdie and I have decided to make two promotions.

First off, I'd like to say congratulation to [user]Lorcan[/user] on being promoted to Package Team Leader. He's done an exemplary job at community team and we have full faith he'll do the PT proud.

Secondly, [user]Mr.Panos[/user] is being promoted to administrator. Excellent team leader, Panos will be an amazing administrator.
