Staff Changes Thread

Please congratulate @Malcolm on his promotion to Technical Administrator. Previously being our Technician, he has been a great help to FP these last couple of years. It only made sense to go ahead and get him in blue. He's the brains behind our recent upgrade to XF 2.2!
