I am sure I could find 15 minutes a day but then I'd always feel guilty for not giving more time. Also on the occasion that I couldn't be here for 15 minutes on any particular day I'd feel more guilty ...and I'd just be trapped in a guilt spiral that would make working here an un-fun experience for me.
