Not normally, as I generally don't feel like I am able to give out decent gifts that would be useful somehow.

As I've just launched early this month my website, and I'm pretty much alone right now, I can only share what would I do for the next Christmas (if everything goes as projected).

I do have a virtual currency (like forumpromotion has with FP$), so most likely I will giveaway some points for those who have been helping the site during the year - but this does not only limit to the Staff, but to all the people who contributed regulary 🙂

Back when I owned my "big board", the topic was about a certain organization associated with severe weather. I bought a bunch of lapel pens of that organization and sent them to my staff members without them knowing. Around the holidays. It was very positive and I ended up getting cards and even a few gift cards in return although I never expected anything back.

I think if you can afford to do it, you should. It makes them feel really appreciated, especially if they are volunteer.

My staff get a $100.00 amazon gift card this year plus I do a pot luck supper with them on Dec 23.

I'm the only Staff on mine. However, if I did have Staff, I still wouldn't do gifts other than to just acknowledge them for a job well done & that I appreciate their hard work. 🙂

Historically, I have not given Christmas gifts to my staff members. Considering how small we are at this time... I may start a new tradition this year!
