Does anyone here have a staff/moderators forum that is only viewable by staff?
I have one on my forum for admins and moderators.

I do. I have 3. One for when a post is reported, it gets posted in there automatically, one general staff forum, and another for junk posts.
I think it is a good idea for the mods and admins to be able to discuss moderation of the forums without the users seeing what they are posting.

i do, and, i have one separate topic for me & EACH of my MODs. only me and that MOD listed in the topic title post in their, it's a quicker way for my MODs to report, communicate, or just chat with me personally.

At FP we have a few...
There is a general staff forum and a staff forum for just the team leaders and the admin.
There is also a staff forum just for the review team and a staff forum just for the package team and the same for the graphics team.
I currently have just one forum for the all of the staff, which is called the staff lounge, though I am thinking about improving it a bit.
