Staff from other countries

I don't know exactly what you mean however having staff from various countries is good as there can be a staff member on quite a lot of the time.
Yeah I have staff from other countries. Both of my admins are in two different ones from my own and each other's own. One of my mods is also, from a fourth and different country. Not only does it help with workload as a forum gets bigger, but it also helps in the sense that when staff from certain zones are asleep, staff in other zones can maintain the site in their absence and such.
When I was on advanced hosting at one time, we tried to have staff members from various countries, and it's this way now, too in fact. I like it that way because then if you can't be on, or it gets to be too late for you to be on, then you have someone elsewhere where it's still daylight where they can be on patrolling the forum or whatever have you. I think it's great, because different time zones could equal better security.

Yes I have two global mods that are in the uk.
I also at one point had a co admin that was in ireland.
I find global staff good,cause when you are asleep they are awake taking care of things.

I have two moderators from North America and another two in Europe, although the two admins (me and someone else) are both from Europe and my forum is pretty much left unprotected if only the two North American moderators are online (while I'm sleeping). Maybe I should hire an additional admin that's in the same timezone as them in the future I suppose.
Yes, I am in the need of hiring a couple staff from different countries. Why is this so good? Well for gaming people come from all countries around the world. Which means some may talk and or ask questions that other countries wouldn't understand which is why I like to hire people from different parts of the world!

So far that's all I have but a community manager basically goes around asking the community what they want so it's best to have people from other areas to ask these questions.
