Staff leaking?

Have you ever had a problem with staff leaking sensitive information? If you have, how did you handle it? Do you have a staff rule in place about that or is it sort of an unwritten common sense thing on your board?

It's common sense TBH. If a staff member does leak stuff... well, it'd never happen on my board to begin with (I make sure my staff members are trustworthy after the whole incident with Light...) but it wouldn't matter because there's nothing I'd care about being leaked. I talk about staff matters in public forums all the time. #norules

I haven't had an issue with this. I trust all my staff members and they respect the privacy.

I've been fortunate to always have trustworthy staff so I haven't had an issue with leaking anything.

If a staff member did, I'd fire them.
