Staff = New Topic

Once you get a new staff member do you open a new topic welcoming that member to the team?

I think ever admin should make a welcome topic for every new staff member in the staff forum and make topic in the announcement forum if it is a co-admin or any high rank.

I became a staff on a couple of forums months ago and they didn't even care about me lol. I just left and ignored their emails.

I do, but I let the Team Leader post it. I know a few forums that do it too.

I normally do.

I have been known to forget though lol.
