Staff telling you you're wrong

Do your staff members feel comfortable telling you that you're wrong on things? Do you feel comfortable having them tell you?

I tell that to myself all the time And it's hard to get a answer back

We have discussions which usually end in agreement so I guess we all feel comfortable.

When we have staff on the forum, I always encourage them to have their say and let them know if they are not happy about something, speak up and let us know why they are not happy.

I feel if your staff members are afraid to speak up about something that they feel should be changed or they have an issue, it can negatively affect communication.
