Our structure works like this:
Junior Partner - Learning how to be a Partner. Trainee so to speak.
Partner - Moderates certain forums, helps enforce rules and takes a small part in forum decisions.
Division Leader - Someone that lead a division. Divisions are: Prologue Movies, Original Movies, Games. 1 DL(Division Leader) per division, and they do moderate that specific forum. They also take part in forum decisions.
Lead Council - Has the biggest impact on forum decisions. They are global moderators, they help enforce rules and they influence admin decisions on new staff members.
Admin - I think this is pretty obvious. They have the final say in all matters and have full control over the forum.
Partner and Division Leader are both part of council. Council consists of the Lead Council and the council ranks. Council has their own private forum for these discussions. Junior Partner is left out.
After you join, you can also choose which side to join, Jedi or Sith. Jedi has their own private forum, and same with Sith.. Competitions will be held to see which is more active, and which supports their side more.
