Hello,

I am planning to start a new forum in coming days. I would like to know what would be success rate on the following:

1. Having multiple forums with different domains meaning Web hosting forum, SEO Forum, Wedeisgning forum and real estate forum sitting on one website will work

2. Having a forum based on one specific domain like web hosting forum will work.

All of the topics you mentioned are themed together as web based niche except the real estate forum that I would make into a separate forum. That is a fun niche to get into 🙂

Good luck, it's a lot of work!

I have moved your thread to a more suitable section.

From those topics, real estate seems to be out of category and can probably be separated. I can't imagine what kind of content can be generated about it, though. It's still possible to talk about website hosting, SEO, and design in one forum as they are all related to each other.

I think a Realtor would really like a real estate forum though. There could be tips and tricks and general discussion and location based forums. I think it's a great idea on it's own.

So many forums for hosting and design and SEO but there are also millions of general chat forums and I still went for it lol.

I really can't see having a real estate forum on the same site as a hosting, SEO and design forum though.

It sounds like a very good idea! It will be very difficult to manage though so I would make sure you have enough time on your hands!

In the current scheme of things, connectivity as well as mobility has trumped over traditional web browsing, leading to the creation of a highly connected environment. Online searches for real estate properties has been recorded at 90%, while searches related to real estate properties on Google has gone up by a whopping 253%. Such increasing instances of online searches have led real estate agencies to move their business to the Internet for enhancing visibility and customer engagement. And they now provide more personalized services to clients, in the form of search results and suggestions, which are curated out of their users’ browsing behaviors.
