Starting back up CashBB.net

I decided to put this project back on track. So, I'll be working on it non-stop until the end of the year.

Any suggestions?

Don't stop at the end of the year. Keep working on it.
I've signed up in support of the idea, btw.

Change the logo, ask friends to sign up and make posts, make some tweaks to the forum so that it looks unique and not "boring" (eg. new icons, etc), start posting up some content including guides/tutorials and the list goes on.

Just saying, that's nowhere near large.
He said nothing about the forum being large.
The member is immature. Most likely it was a "comeback" line to the OP's reply in P's thread.

More content and exposure. Also maybe adding more "pit" into the design or make it more spectacular.

For content use FP Exchanges section and/or postloop.

Exposure you could make blog comments, more promo topics on promotion forums or use services like link referral, etc...

I like the simple clean theme btw and maybe its good as it is now but experimenting to make it more spectacular can't hurt. 😛

A description would be good. I give your forum about 4 seconds to look at before I decide I want to join or not. I have no idea what you're forum is about. Cash obviously, but what about it? The history of cash? Economics? Cash saving tips? I don't need to look at your sections - you have to make me look there and make me interested.

What is CashBB about, exactly? I'm with David on this, I have no idea what your site is about.

Theme is terrible though.
