Starting with a website or blog?

I agree with the video blogs are easy to setup, but hard to write content on a daily basis since writing content on daily basis can be time consuming.

I prefer websites for my static content since they are easier to customize and I can slowly publish content like on a weekly basis and it does not make my website look very inactive.
