I think thats a code, as I've scanned nearly through all the mods at phpBB3.com and I've never seen a mod like this 😉

Kinda looks like something like this:

It looks like activity+stats mod and then at the top, with your personal info. That's what i think

Well, it could just be a great deal of coding on the header. I am a member there. But i don't know what it is.
