First Impressions

First time coming to your site, I saw the header and the overall theme: a banner and a logo of “Stellar Recharge”. I like the banner and the theme; they support the idea of “stellar” which is related to stars or space. The banner is also clean. The color combination is okay. The font size of the page body is a little bit too small for me to read but it doesn't matter much. However, it took me few seconds until I could finally find what your site is actually about through the “Stellar Dawn?” page. I think this is not very good, since it means members could easily be confused about the idea of your site, especially for those who are not familiar with MMORPG like me. My suggestion would be to change the header somehow, add tagline or icons or something that represents an MMORPF or Stellar Dawn itself to make your site clear, or add it to the welcome paragraph at the home page.

Another thought about the menu you have in bottom part of the body ("For Parents", "Feedback Centre", and so on). They are quite important in my eyes that in my opinion they could've been put in the top navigation bar. It would be easier to spot for parents, for example, to know what they should know, or for visitors to apply for staff if they are interested. Instead you can push the "1 2 3" part to navigate through the news archive there, giving more space to news. Same goes with the banner to the forum at the side bar; if you want to bring people's attention to the forum more, better put it at the top of the side bar instead of its current place.

Appearance

The color theme is a good, calm one. It doesn't hurt the eyes but not too dark either. The banner is simple and clean, with a good logo to it too. The slogan is good; it adds more perk to the site and the theme. Like I said above, however, it isn't clear of what the site is actually about. Good job on the favicon and the navigation menu. They all look good and match the theme of the site well. What I'm unsure about is whether you really need two navigation bar at the top and bottom part of the forum. You can give a "back to top" button in return so it wouldn't be repetitive.

The "Visit Our Community" banner is out of place for me, though, maybe because of the green. The banner at "Feedback Centre" page is centered while other pages have the banner left-aligned. The side bar at "Apply for Staff" page is also smaller than side bars at other pages. They might be minor details, but consistency is one of the good traits a website must have.

I also think that you could've added something as background for the content part of the website pages. Similar to what you have in the banner, perhaps making it a bit transparent to still emphasize the content. Hopefully it would help to make visitors more interested in your site and have a better first impression.

Navigation/Layout

The navigation and layout works good. Important links are clear and put at the right place to grab it. I have the habit to look to the very bottom part of a website I visit so I wouldn't have trouble finding links at the bottom part of the page, but I think you should at least put "Contact Us" page to the top navigation bar to make it easier for people to come and get you if they need it. It would've been better if you can put all the links to the top or at least to the top of the side bar to make it stands out more.

I realized when I clicked on your news title, a post redirected me to the forum post while other didn't (I was clicking on the two latest news). Again, related to consistency, I think you better decide on one result only: let it redirect to a post at the forum, redirect to a bigger news window, or nothing at all. Linking it to the forum would help to raise more attention to the forum so I would advise that.

Content

Mistakes related to grammar are mostly about usage of signs like apostrophe. For example: "'Lot's of users are, quite frankly, stunned and aghast. 'Lot's are also outraged." >> I didn't understand what the apostrophe (') before the word "lot" is for, since it is not needed. You also don't need to add another apostrophe between the "t" and "s" in "lots".

The "Stellar Dawn?" page is actually a good idea to start with, but rather confusing. Maybe you want to change the link name to start with into "Stellar Dawn Guide" or something similar. The "Table of Contents" is not very useful here in my opinion because you don't have a very long content which would need an index. It would be better to add more information and pictures if there is any to the guide; adding picture gallery, for example. Especially since the game seems to be in development, I believe visitors would like an integrated source like this. Merge the "Introduction" and "What is it?" part as they can refer to the same thing and you didn't really offer something significantly different in those two sections.

"Tips & Tricks" is totally out of my imagination. Since this is a game, it should refer to strategy help for the game. However the game is not yet released so this section confuses me. When I clicked on it I saw links instead. Hence it would be better to change the name of the page to "Links" or something of the sort, or you can move the content of this page to the side bar or the top of the each body page to gain more attention.

"News" page is very empty. At this moment maybe you don't need archive that much since you don't have many news yet. Or to make the page looks to have more content, show summary of those old news posts and leave a "Read more" link if necessary. If you only leave links to old news like that, you could've added that to the side bar instead of giving a single page for it; it becomes rather useless.

Footer

Nothing special at the footer. It is clear and only consists of credits information of the site. You can perk it up by adding background image similar to the header. I also think it would be a great idea to add link to the site of Stellar Dawn as a respect to the original game.

Final Remarks

Stellar Recharge actually has lots of potential, especially since the game you are discussing is still in development. It leaves a lot of room for information and events to gather members interest. From technical issue you are more or less ready; what you need is to organize what you have better, and add more content, and spread the word of the site to other fans of the series to get things running.
