Step on a crack, break your mother's back... did you avoid cracks when you were a kid because of that schoolkid's rhyme?

Classic old sane that we all hear and play and have fun with and many times kids believe in it hahaha - As a kid I known about it but wouldn't understand it it really means as a kid very very young age, but never played the game

Yes, I did. I hopped right over them every single time. Couldn't risk my mom getting hurt. 😛

I remember doing this when I was a kid with my friends, always used to avoid the cracks and my friends would always sing the song if they saw you stepped on a crack on the pavement.

There was another one that it was bad luck to walk under a ladder so I always avoid that as well now. I have enough bad luck! LOL
