Stepping down

[Cloverfield]

Thought I would make it official here as I wanted to say my thanks to all the staff and members. I joined way back in 2007 and have enjoyed a brilliant time here rising through the ranks and making many great friends. Fergal gave me the opportunity of become an Admin on this amazing forum and I of course took it. However over the years my interest in forums has dwindled and I even ended up selling my own Futurama forum as I just didn't have much time or love for it anymore. I tried to maintain decent activity here but admits real life promotions and a famy death I've found my time on this forum becoming less and less each week. I would strive to get the services done each week but often wouldn't come on after that for a while. This isn't fair to the forum and it's best that I give the opportunity to someone else but I will still pop on when I can.

Thanks to everyone that wrote me a profile comment in the last few days. May this forum carry on for many more years. Good luck to Nerdie and the fantastic admin team and of course the rest of the staff because without them the forum wouldn't be anywhere.

Well Cloverfield, It's time for a veteran moment...

I joined this forum back in 2008. At that time, or at least soon after, I always remember seeing your name in some sort of color (green, I believe). You became more than a member of this community, and I honestly looked up to you. When I came back to you in blue, I let out a little smile! You deserved the position, and you could handle the responsibility.

You have been a great passive friend to me, and a pillar of community on Forum Promotion. It's sad to see the last veteran Administer step down (now there are not any admins that have been here longer than I. 😛 ), but everyone must move on at some point! I wish you a happy life, and I thank you for all of your contributions to Forum Promotion.
