First Impressions & Appearance - (Out of 20)
Your theme has some nice relaxed design too it, it made me feel like I was at home. Even though it was a good impressive theme I felt there was to much of the light blue going on and it was hard to read descriptions. This confused me so much but why did you have an aeroplane in your banner, it didn't make sense and confused me. If there is a certain reason for this or it is just at random remove it and make it more music and entertainment related. Also your forum icons could have either been circular or squared instead of the quarter of the circle cut out as it doesn't seem to go with the forums. If you have a designer on hand I advise you to get them to make you a better banner and work on forum posting icons. Also you should try going through your affiliate links and checking what ones are active and not as I see a few inactive ones.

Site Layout - (Out of 20)
I personally think the site is laid out so badly and looks as if it is rushed. For a start it is hardly a music discussion board if you only have three sections, you should consider un-subbing some of the Main Section ones to make your index look better and a little bit more professional. Also what is the real need of polls? Couldn't you make that a general discussion thing? Also the Outlet category, you should add the Database to the music section as you have MP3 download, word lyrics request and more. Then move the Forum Section under the Misc. category, also splitting out your subbed boards would make yet again the index look better and more professional. What is the need of the Odder Board, couldn't you just add a VIP group? You should move your chatbox down to the bottom of the forum, as your boards should be the main attraction.

Statistics and Activity - (Out of 20)
Seeing as you started on New Year and only have 5,800 posts showed that you could do better. You could have had atleast possibly 20,000 posts or more if you offered more better stuff and discussion. Although your member base looks good as most users have more than 10 posts each. Just basically try promoting and constantly updating the forum with atleast 5 new topics per day and you will be on your way, also don't forget staff to do this often too.

Staff Moderation - (Out of 20)
Honestly your staff act like 10 year olds with all this leet talk and the ''oh yer I remember dat'' kind of thing and I could tell from viewing their profiles. Also one of your staff members ain't even been active for 5 days and that is bad. Once more users start visiting daily if you do go on a promotion spree get some staff that you can rely on that are active and will post. Overall yourself looks to be doing a good job.

Spelling/Grammar & Professionalism - (Out of 20)
I don't know how many spelling mistakes I spotted in descriptions, it is actually to many to name but I will point out a few basics and give you a few pointer tips.
Stereo Wired (Music, Entertainment Discussions) - Change the forum name to Stereo Wired (Music & Entertainment Discussion Forum).

Read through some of your descriptions as some do not make sense and re-read them before you submit any new ones. Also you should replace some of those full stops for comma's in descriptions that are quite short sentences. Now a few tips of mine are re-read what you write, and make sure it makes sense, if it doesn't then re-think them through if you can't find any good idea's ask your family or friends and surely they can help you out. It works for me so should work for you too.

Could be doing with some massive updates or a re-vamp in this case, but very good forum.
What was most liked about the website/forums: The amount of members was impressing.
What was disliked most about the website/forums: The inactive staff and un-related icons in the banner.
