Pros:
Your board arrangement and organization is great. You placed your more important boards at the top and placed your least important, off topic boards, at the bottom to the forum. That is exactly how you should arrange your forum. :yes:
While I am usually totally against placing widgets on the side of your forum index I do not think it hurts you on your forum. You have your latest polls widget which may cause users to vote in those polls and your top 16 chat to show the top 16 songs and there artist/group which goes great with your genre. However, I do think your affiliate banner widget could be better off in the footer of your forum index. I personally hate seeing banners scrolling on the sides of forums. It's very unappealing.
I usually think shoutboxes are better off in the footer of a forum however I think yours fits just right in the header. Your shoutbox is not excessively large and is very basic. Fancy, large shoutboxes are never appealing in the header of a forum. Since you obviously wanted yours in the header you made the smart move of choosing a small, basic shoutbox. Good job!
Cons:
Your style is very dull. White, light blue and silver. I can tell you like light styles and personally I am a fan of them too however that style would actually make me choose a dark style on your forum. Try to brighten up the colors by maybe using a dark blue or gray. You also have a
decent custom banner. I use the word decent because it's "Stereo Wired" in a gray and blue on a whitish gray background.
Most of your board descriptions look like you simply threw them together. Try to enhance your board descriptions by increasing there length. I don't like one sentence board descriptions because they usually don't tell enough about the board and what type of topics you are going to find inside. In your descriptions consider giving the titles of one or two topics to give members an even bigger idea of what lays inside that board.
I know you have a genre that is more specific then most but I wasn't to pleased with your stats considering you've been open for about a month and a half. Try to boast both your post and member count. You can do this in several ways so try as many as you can and stick with the one that works best for you. You should have more than 500 posts after a month and a half and more than 40 members. Like I said though this is harder with having a forum that has a specific genre. Try your best.
Final/General Thoughts: Your running a good forum. Fix the few things I mentioned and I would say you have a great forum.
