For Paypal, if you have over 1000 posts and 25 reputation points you can pay after completion and if not you must pay upfront. For SEOClerks, their system will be used and you pay when the service has been delivered. For FP$ and Forum Coin, you can pay after completion but anyway who abuses this will be reported and I will get my FP$ or Forum Coin from you.
