Stolen Content will always be around. No matter what the Law Enforcement or Government does to combat it, it will always be around.
I'm of course up against Stolen Content. Videos, Images, Models, I'm up against all of them for being Stolen. People are literally stealing something THEY DIDN'T MAKE, and CLAIMING IT AS THEIR OWN.
And again, we cannot do anything about that. To me, that was the most likely reason Article 11, 12 and 13/17 were introduced(Article 13/17 in particular and pretty much the Main one). It was made to combat Copyrighted Content. If you didn't make it then not only are you getting yourself in trouble but you are also responsible for getting the Site that it's posted on in trouble.
